Fiber Trends Pattern S2022

This pattern was originally designed for Year of Lace 2008. Revised in 2009 for Fiber Trends.
Shawl is made in two halves, from the narrow ends to the middle, then the two halves are grafted together
Size: 22” (56 cm) wide by up to 80” ( (203 cm) long after blocking.
Needles: 24” or 32” circular needle in US size 3 (3.25 mm); a second circular needle in the same or smaller size.
Yarn Requirements:Approximately 1250 yards of lace weight yarn. Shown in Helen’s Lace from Lorna’s Laces, this shawl was also tested in Dawn from Naturally, using 8 - 25 gr skeins. Both yarns are 50% silk, 50% wool.
