A trio of dog sweaters featuring ribbed patterns to provide thermal warmth as well as a good fit.
Choose from Beaded Rib, Hearts Rib or Mock Cable Rib pattern stitch.
Top the sweater with a turtleneck or one of three other neck variations.
Sizes: Seven sizes to fit dog chest size from 12" to 30".
Yarn Requirements:
Approximately 150 (175, 225, 300, 400, 500, 650) yds
(137 (160, 206, 275, 366, 457, 595) meters of worsted weight yarn.
Needles: US size 7 (4.5mm) straight needles for body of sweaters and, for neckband, a set of size 6 (4mm) double pointed needles (for smaller sizes) or 16" (40cm) circular needle (larger sizes).
Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows = 4" (10cm) in stockinette stitch.
Suggested Naturally yarns: 10ply Naturelle, Alpine or Tussock.
