Needle sizes:
For 4 ply (baby wt): US 2 & 3 (2.5 mm & 3.25 mm) straight needles.
For 8 ply (DK wt): US 3 & 5 (3.25mm & 3.75mm) straight needles.
Gauge:
4 ply: 30 stitches over main pattern = 4 inches / 10cm.
8 ply: 24 stitches over main pattern = inches / 10cm.
Yarn Requirements:
