Cute as a bug hat, purse and drawstring bag pattern. Shown in cotton, knit firmly at 6 sts to 1".
Hat Sizes: Sml, Med & Lg.
To fit a head size of approximately 19" (21", 23") (48 (53, 58) cm)
Purse measures 7" (18cm) by 8" (20cm).
Drawstring bag 7" (18cm) by 6" (15cm)
Yarn Requirements: Choose a DK or worsted weight yarn that will give a firm fabric when knit to 6 sts to 1"
Hat: 50 (50, 50) yds (47m) of red and 100 (110, 120) yds (91 (101, 110) meters) of black. A small amount of white for eyes
Drawstring Bag: 100 yds (91m) of red and 85 yds (78m) of black.
Purse: 40 yds (37m) of red and 195 yds (178m) of black
Needles:
Hat: US size 4 (3.5mm) and 5 (3.75mm) 16" (40cm) circulars and a set of size 3 (3.0mm) double pointed needles.
Drawstring Bag: Same as hat plus a set of size 5 (3.75mm) double pointed needles
Purse: US size 5 (3.75mm) straight needles and a set of size 3 (3mm) double pointed needles
