Yarn Requirements:
Plain unfelted knit hats can be made from any worsted weight yarn that will knit to the gauge given below.
Felt hats require a worsted or DK weight wool that will felt easily
Yardage required:
2-Color Knit Hat: 250 (270, 300) yds MC and 50 (60, 70) yds of CC.
4-Color Knit Hat: 85 (90, 100) yds each of 3 crown colors and 50 (60, 70) yds of band color.
2-Color Felt Hat: 275 (300, 330) yds MC and 50 (60, 70) yds of CC.
4-Color Felt Hat: 93 (100, 110) yds each of 3 crown colors and 50 (60, 70) yds of band color.
