Two pretty scarves inspired by the waters of the forest. Pond is a triangular scarf worked from the top down & measures 40" x 18". Pond shows a cluter of water lilies surrounded by reeds. This shawl requires about 630 yards of lace weight yarn and 3.5mm (US4) needles.
Stream is a very simple scarf to work. It begins with a provisional cast-on near one end. Work the scarf to a "flair" at the other end. Pick up the provisional cast-on to finish the flair at the other end. This scarf also uses just 630 yards ball of lace weight.
