Lovely pattern for a hand knitted lace scarf or stole.
Both scarf & stole are knit from the cast on edge to the centre back and then grafted.
Instructions are included for an easy grafting method. This is a very easy, yet very effective pattern to knit.
Skill level: Intermediate
Gauge: 20 sts to 4" (10cm)
Finished Size: (after blocking)
Scarf: 5" by 63" (12.5 by 160 cm); Stole: 21" by 64" (53 cm by 162 cm)
Yarn Requirements:
Scarf: 630 yards (570 meters); Stole 1260 yards (1140 meters
Needle Size: US size 4 (3.5 mm) 24" (60 cm) circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge.
Other Supplies: stitch markers; stitch holder; extra small circular needle for the 3-needle cast off; blocking pins and wires.
