Size: Finished size is controlled by your yarn choice and the amount of felting.
Hen in photo is 12" (30cm) long and 11" (28cm) tall to the top of her head.
Yarn Requirements:
Hen in worsted weight, 350 yds (320m) main color (MC) and small amounts of each contrast color.
Chicks require 55 yds (50m) of MC each plus 1 yd for beak.
Needles: Straight or circular needles, size 10.5 (6.5mm).
Gauge: Approximately 13 sts to 4" (10cm) before felting.
